• All Oliviadiva employees are excluded from participation;

• Participation in the giveaway is free of charge for all customers;

• The start and end date of each giveaway will always be stated in the respective social media post;

• Participants who abuse the giveaway may be excluded from participation;

• The winner will be selected through an impartial random draw;

• Winners will be contacted personally via the social media platform on which the giveaway was held;

• Oliviadiva reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of suspected fraud or unlawful participation;

• Participants who did not win will not be personally notified;

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or cash;

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway;

• Discounts will not be applied retroactively to past orders or promotions;

• All items won are covered by a 2-month warranty period.
