Digital Marketer

As a Digital Marketer, you're sharp with numbers and insights, and you confidently share recommendations with your colleagues and the management team. You're responsible for technical marketing and will dive into various platforms. You’ll analyze and optimize performance using Google Analytics, improve email funnels, and work on enhancing the full customer journey.

In this role, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy and take charge of your own career and development! You’ll make sure LOOSLEY gets the visibility it deserves and thrive on achieving results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education/experience (HBO);

  • Experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus;

  • Available for 24–40 hours per week;

  • Valid driver’s license (B).

  • Proactive and self-starting attitude.

Customer Service Champion

We are currently looking for customer service professionals ready to take the next step. Join a young, entrepreneurial team where you’ll quickly take on real responsibilities. You’ll independently maintain and grow our customer service department.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction across our network of both B2C and B2B clients.

Your tasks include:

  • Handling incoming phone and email inquiries in both Dutch and English;

  • Creating tailored solutions for questions or complaints, particularly related to our record players;

  • Coordinating returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.);

  • Working in our Zendesk CRM system;

  • Reporting and escalating notable customer cases.

Requirements:

  • MBO or HBO level of education;

  • Available for 16–24 hours per week;

  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not a must;

  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
