All product prices listed on www.Oliviadiva.nl include VAT.

Which payment methods are available in the webshop?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • iDEAL

  • Bancontact

  • Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA)

  • Klarna

  • Sofort Banking


How to Pay with iDEAL?

Pay online directly through your own bank—fast, secure, and familiar. This service is available for customers with ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bank.


How to Pay by Credit Card?

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. At checkout, simply enter your card number, the name on the card, expiration date, and 3-digit CVC code (found on the back of your card).

To protect your data, all information is encrypted via SSL servers and secured against third-party access. Payment is only charged once your order has been delivered. If an order cannot be fulfilled entirely, you will only be charged for the delivered part.


How to Pay with Klarna?

We offer the option to pay later with Klarna. Klarna handles the complete post-payment process. You will receive a digital invoice by email to pay for your purchase.

You can use Klarna for orders up to €300. Klarna will perform a credit check before approval. If Klarna does not authorize your payment, you may complete your purchase using another payment method.

Please note: You should receive two emails. The first confirms your order, and the second confirms Klarna’s payment approval. If you do not receive the second email, your order has not been processed.

How to Pay with Sofort Banking?

Sofort Banking is an online transfer method using your online banking credentials. Log in through Sofort GmbH’s secure payment page, select your account, enter your confirmation code, and complete the transaction. You'll then receive an order confirmation from our webshop.

Is shopping at Oliviadiva.nl safe?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal data and ensure it cannot be accessed by third parties.

We comply with all privacy laws and never share your information without your consent.


Orders

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, all completed orders are confirmed via email with an order confirmation.

What if I encounter issues during payment?
If you're unable to complete payment after adding a product to your cart and creating an account, try clearing your browser history and cookies. Then restart the checkout process.


Service & Warranty

If your product has a defect not visible at purchase, please notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.

If Oliviadiva determines that the defect is legitimate (and not due to normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance), we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame. During repairs, no replacement or compensation will be provided.

If repair is not feasible or would be disproportionately expensive, we will offer a similar replacement product. If no replacement is available, we will refund the purchase price.

Warranty claims are void if the product was misused, modified, or not maintained as instructed.

The following watch components are not covered under factory warranty:

  • Glass

  • Strap

  • Crown/stem

  • Battery

Factory warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Legal warranty means a product must meet reasonable expectations of quality and functionality.
